Screen Printing Price Matrix

  • Screen printing is priced based on order quantity, amount of print locations, and the amount of colors in those print locations. The pricing on this matrix is per print location. This pricing is for the printing only, meaning it does not include the cost of blank garments.

    • Light garments: -$0.50

    • Supplying your own garments

    • Any qualifying Sampling or Pre-Production Cost will be discounted from the correlating job should it move into production.

    • Free Local Pick-Up

    • RUSH or SUPER RUSH Service: 20-40%

    • Specialty Inks: Puff, Discarge, Metallic, Glitter etc +$0.50 to $1.50/ea

    • CMYK/Simulated Process separations: One time fee

    • Private Labeling (Woven/Printed Tags)

    • Fold and Bag with Standard or Custom sticker labeling

    • Local Pick-Up & Delivery

Embroidery Price Matrix

Pricing charts for embroidery services, detailing costs based on the quantity of items and stitch counts, with separate sections for embroidery flats and hats, including options for front standard, dense, 3D puff, side or back designs.

  • Embroidery has 2 price lists - one for flat items like t-shirts, hoodies, towels, etc., and one for headwear. Headwear is priced a bit lower and is more standardized, while embroidery on flat items is based on the graphic’s stitch count. Higher stitch count = longer time to run the job. Unlike screen printing, the amount of colors has no effect on the pricing. The stitch count will raise with denser, bigger designs. For reference, most designs under 4×4” will be in the 0-5k stitch range.

    • RUSH or SUPER RUSH Service: 25-50%

    • Non-standard/bulky items (towels, bath robes, some bags/backpacks. etc): +$0.50-1.00/ea

    • Artwork Digitizing (for orders under 100pcs): $30 one time fee

    • 3D/PUFF Embroidery: +$2-4/ea based on quantity & complexity

    • Specialty threads: varies

    • Thread acquisition for non-standard colors: $50

    • Expert art review & digital proofs prior to production to ensure

    • You can provide your own Digitized files for Embroidery. DST. format
