FAQ’s - Screen Printing

What is the turnaround time?
Most screen printing orders are turned around in 2 weeks or less. Factors include the complexity of the order, additional services (fold & bag, custom labels, etc), and other jobs in the print queue at any given time. Turn around time doesn’t start until Art Work or Mock Ups have been approved and a Deposit as been submitted.

Can you match a Pantone color?
We can match any Solid Coated Pantone color! Please keep in mind that colors may appear differently when printed than on a computer screen. We match to Pantone swatch books within 2 shades.

Can I bring my own shirts?
You are welcome to supply your own garments. We recommend supplying 3% more than your desired quantities to account for any damages during production as we will not be held responsible for replacing them, however, you will not be charged for printing on any damaged items. We require all supplied garments to be new and unworn, either wise they will be subject to Disclaimer. Refer to the contract printing section of our Policies.

What are the setup fees?
Simple Spot Color jobs won’t require any set up fees. Due to the difference in set up times and complications, CMYK and Simulation Process Prints will incur some small fees to be determined by your Account Manager.

Can you supply printed samples?
Screen printed samples are available but due to the set up time required, they start at $125 for 1 color/1 location prints and are subject to our standard turnaround time. In some cases, a percentage of your sampling costs can be credited back to a full production run. Your account manager can provide a sampling quote.

How big can you print?
Our max standard print area is 14" by 17.5". We are able to print larger in some cases but this may incur additional charges and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Keep in mind that your image size will stay the same across the whole print run so it's important to consider if there will be any youth or women's sizes in the order before going too large. Most full front chest or back designs are between 10-12" wide and most left chest designs are between 3-4" wide. Our account managers are happy to help you find the optimal size for your artwork.

Can you print over seams, pockets, or zippers?
Generally we do not advise doing this but it is possible. Be aware that printing over seams, pockets, zippers, or any other obstacles can produce inconsistent or cracked prints.

Am I able to print multiple color variations in a print run?
We do not assess any additional fees for changing garment colors in the middle of a print run, however there are $15 ink change fees (per screen) if you want to change ink colors. There is a minimum of 12pcs per ink change.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is just 24pcs for most screen printing projects, though we strongly recommend aiming for 50+ for better cost per garment. Contact us for more information and an account manager will help guide you in the best direction. We have additional price breaks at 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, and 2500+.

FAQ’s - Artwork

What are the art requirements?
For the best results, Vector art in a .ai, .eps, .pdf type file is the best option for simple Spot-Color designs. We also accept Raster image files such as PNG, JPEG & TIFF files. These are best suited to 300dpi High-Resolution, both CMYK & RGB is acceptable. Submitting artwork in these formats will help avoid any hold ups.

Do you offer design services?
A reference, and ready details will be required for us to work with you to achieve your vision. It’s preferred to know what you are looking for if we are starting from scratch. We can also work to help make edits or alterations to existing designs. Design Services will be billed at 80$ an hour, a rush in design will incur a rush fee up to 60% depending on urgency.

FAQ’s - Pick up & Shipping

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Orders can be picked up from our office Monday through Thursday from 9am - 3pm or by appointment only for Friday Pick-Ups.

Smaller orders may be picked up from the front office, but most orders will be picked up from the loading garage located in the rear.

Is there parking at your location?
Our office is surrounded by unmetered parking.

Can you ship my order?
Of course! We ship most orders via UPS Ground and will provide a tracking number. Your account manager can get you a shipping quote. We are also happy to accommodate your existing shipping accounts & couriers.

Can you Uber/Lyft/Postmates/etc me my order?
We’re happy to work with any of these services but you must schedule it on your end and we’ll ensure the driver gets the correct boxes.
